Please read these voucher terms before purchasing or redeeming. Vouchers are refundable within 14 days of purchase only. After 14 days, or once a voucher has been redeemed against a confirmed booking at the relevant restaurant, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Guests must book and dine before the expiry date shown on the voucher. Each voucher has a unique reference code that must be quoted when making a booking and when redeeming. Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and all bookings must be made in advance. We cannot accept vouchers for guests who did not declare them at the time of booking — vouchers must be declared at least 48 hours before arrival. A 12.5% service charge is applied to the final bill. Please note a £15 per person supplement applies for peak periods (Saturday Afternoon) and special dates (Festive period, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s & Father’s Day).
