Guests dine at Open Restaurant’s flagship experience in Liverpool, led by Chef‑Patron Andrew Sheridan in “8.” This intimate, chef‑led tasting takes place in the heart of the 8 Kitchen, where our chefs prepare and plate each course directly in front of guests for a truly magical, up‑close meal. The experience includes our critically acclaimed drinks pairing to elevate each course. Please note we cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets; we serve our main menu and can cater for pescatarians. This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

If after 14 days from purchasing the voucher or if you have redeemed your voucher against booking a seat with the restaurant using the voucher you will not be entitled to cancel your order or receive a refund. Guests need to book and dine prior to the expiry date stated on the voucher. This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of making the booking and redemption. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and all bookings must be made in advance. We are unable to accept vouchers with guests who have not declared they have a voucher at the time of making the booking or before they attend (min of 48 hours before booking). Service Charge of 12.5% is applied to the final bill. Please also be aware there is a £15pp supplement charge for bookings made in peak periods – Friday & Saturday Evenings and special dates like our Festive Period / Valentines / Mothers & Father’s Day.
